Introducing Brain Links’ TBI Toolkits

TBI Toolkits: your go-to place for brain injury resources

Brain Links offers multiple TBI Toolkits designed to make it easier to go to one place for quick access to helpful resources for everyone:

  • The toolkit for survivors, families, and caregivers has 10 sections, beginning with essential resources and fact sheets, and it includes materials to support Return to Work and School.
  • The toolkit for service professionals (social workers, therapists, case managers, and mental health professionals) contains three sections: programs and resources, tools by topic and professional development.
  • School nurses and healthcare providers toolkits offer tools for use in office, communicating the injury to the school, and information for families.

Check out the toolkits by section to go straight to the information needed. Brain Links recommends bookmarking the TBI Toolkits page and downloading the items you will use most.

As always, please reach out to your provider relationship account manager or call Provider Services at 833-731-2154 if you have any questions about this communication or need assistance with any other item.
